A note from Mrs. Burke
I hope you and your family are having a restful vacation. The week before the break was filled with many activities. Students sold lots of tickets to raise money for Heifer Project International. We are very thankful to Mrs. Frappier who donated this beautiful blanket as a raffle prize to help us raise money.
I am also very excited to announce that 5B won the Related Arts ROCKSTARS Award for the 2nd time in a row for their excellent behavior in all of their related arts classes! I am very proud of my class!
On the last day before the break, students enjoyed creating crafts before our pizza lunch and a movie. Thank you very much to all of the parents who volunteered to help us with the crafts!
I wish you a very happy new year! Keep reading to see what our student reporters posted before they went on break. Make sure you watch the students performing their Two-Voice Poems which appear in the Language Arts section after their reflections.
